Have an Inventory Coordinator prepare a request and hazard check, and an Inventory Reviewer record the decision. Then rehearse reservation, signed movement and receipt review with a Stock Operator.
Review before release
Check a rejected storage case, an expired or Quarantined lot, a changed request revision and a Pending receipt with an existing movement. Confirm that the team can trace the request, decision and actual stock effect. See implementation for the rollout sequence.
