Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to configure SCM for Spare Parts around your organizations, depots and review team. Identify an Inventory Coordinator, an independent Inventory Reviewer and an App Administrator for the first operating cycle.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Collect the active part catalog with SKU and base unit, the locations where parts sit, team membership and a real critical-spare case. Enter the request with its owner, quantity and required date. Add the linked equipment model, criticality and minimum units. Attach the demand and compatibility evidence the reviewer needs.

Review before release

Submit a critical-spare revision and have the Inventory Reviewer approve, reject and return separate rehearsal cases. Check the decision reason, source revision and operation receipt. Read any existing restricted lot, active reservation and posted movement as separate stock evidence; use a recorded reversal to check the correction trail. Plan the rollout and review access before opening routine use.

Set up Spare Parts SCM your way.
