Click Get started, then use Proto to configure SCM with AI Replenishment for your business. Identify the organization, Inventory Coordinator, independent Inventory Reviewer and Warehouse Operator responsible for the first cycle.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose a familiar stock item and storage location. Bring the item’s base unit, lot release and expiry evidence, current posted stock and active claims. Prepare a request and attach the actual forecast recommendation with its model context.

Review the proposal and authorize the request separately. Post an inspected stock event, reserve eligible free quantity and confirm a physical issue. Keep the operation receipts and source references available throughout the rehearsal.

Review before release

Repeat a source operation, attempt a competing reservation and inspect an ineligible lot. Authorize a compensating correction and trace it to the original movement. Reconcile a disputed result with actual local and authoritative external evidence.

Confirm role boundaries and attachment access, then have the Auditor explain the retained history. Follow implementation to resolve the pilot findings before adding more locations or forecast sources.
