How a SCM with AI Replenishment rollout works

Establish stock scope
Prepare organization membership, item base units, eligible locations and lot records. Identify the Inventory Coordinator, independent Inventory Reviewer and Warehouse Operator for the pilot.
Agree the evidence sources
Choose the model recommendation source and inspected receipt or movement process. Define the identities and quantity units that will be preserved through posting and reconciliation.
Rehearse authorization
Submit a forecast proposal, return an unclear revision and decide the corrected recommendation. Authorize the actual stock request separately before warehouse execution.
Rehearse physical effects
Post an inspected receipt, reserve eligible free quantity and confirm a physical issue. Repeat source operations and inspect their retained results to check duplicate prevention.
Rehearse correction and completion
Authorize a compensating effect, trace its reversal link and reconcile a disputed receipt against local and external evidence. Have the Auditor follow the resulting history.
What the customer provides
Bring representative item and location records, a clear base unit and the relevant lot release and expiry evidence. Supply a real forecast recommendation and its model context, an inspected stock event and the external references needed to verify the result.
Agree who maintains master records, who decides operating scope and who investigates exceptions. Use the data model to prepare references and the roles guide to rehearse access.
Changing it afterwards
Repeat the affected rehearsal when the model source, unit mapping, lot policy or operating authority changes. Preserve earlier decisions and source identities when correcting a request. Keep a disputed effect visible until the recorded quantity and actual evidence agree before extending the pilot to another item or location.
