Create your account

Click Get started to open the app with Proto. Identify the organization and the people who will prepare counts, decide variances and record physical stock work. Map each named team member to a user and review assigned access before live operations begin.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose an active item and storage location. Confirm the base unit and, if the item is lot tracked, its lot release state and expiry. Create a stock request with an owner, quantity and required date. Record a blind count session for one zone. Add a recount or attachment when the team needs supporting evidence.

Review before release

Have Inventory Reviewer examine the submitted session and current source revision, then record a decision with a reason. Follow any approved stock effect to its posted movement and operation receipt. Check that on hand, active reservations and available stock tell a consistent story in Operations Overview. Use implementation for a fuller rehearsal.
