Create your account

Click Get started and create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to configure SCM with Demand Forecasting around the item, region and channel you want to pilot. Name the Demand Planning Manager and Demand Planner who will own the first cycle.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Bring an item list with stable SKU and units, dated demand history, the planning calendar and a sample promotion or new-product introduction. Assign Sales Rep, Marketing Manager and Operations Lead contributors. Choose a target service level and lead-time source for the inventory follow-up.

Review before release

Reconcile source history, model-run error and period forecast amounts. Ask contributors to submit a real example, then review the consensus plan, meeting decisions and final version. Check an open exception and an item-location safety target before expanding the scope. The implementation plan gives the pilot sequence.

Set up SCM with Demand Forecasting your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
