Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to describe the organizations, customers, products and people responsible for customer orders and replenishment review.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one organization and a small set of active customers and products. Bring an order with a partially shipped line, its promised date and a known empty bin. Agree SKU, base unit and bin code conventions. Name the Order Coordinator, Order Reviewer and Auditor for the pilot. Map external fulfillment and provider event identifiers if those sources will be included.

Review before release

Have the coordinator create and submit a current Draft signal. Inspect its board state and completed receipt. Try an earlier revision and inspect the failed receipt. Have the reviewer compare the order line, signal and any earlier decision. Ask the Auditor to trace the same case through events, payment evidence and attachments within the authorized organization. Expand when the handoff and access scope are clear.
