Integrations

Map source order identifiers, fulfillment events and provider evidence to the right customer order.

  • SCM with Kanban Replenishment
  • Order source
  • Warehouse event source
  • Payment provider
  • File source

Systems to connect

  • Order source. Map customer order numbers, external order identifiers, organization, customer and line item codes into the operating scope.
  • Warehouse event source. Supply dated fulfillment events with product, quantity, event type and a stable external event identifier.
  • Payment provider. Match provider event identifiers and references to the parent order, then retain the verified state of each payment event.
  • File source. Attach supporting material to the relevant customer order with the intended visibility.

How connections are governed

Agree identifier ownership before importing events. A repeated source event should be recognized by its external identifier. Keep provider verification separate from an order status or a local note. When a mapped record fails, inspect the operation receipt and parent order before retrying an action. Scope every connection to the organizations authorized to use it.
