Prepare the first operating cycle
Pilot two activities for one term. Approve enrollments, record attendance, grade one assessment and confirm achievements, then compare with your current records before adding activities.
- Activities with codes, capacity, term dates and instructors.
- Coaches and staff with their user emails.
- Learners and current enrollments.
- The fee schedule and eligibility rules.
Review before release
A full activity must not take another enrollment. A duplicate enrollment must be turned down. A score above the maximum must be refused. An enrollment must not complete before results are reviewed. Reconcile enrollments and fees with their source. Invite the pilot team using the agreed roles, confirm who approves enrollments and achievements, and release the reviewed configuration. Expand only after the first term runs cleanly.
