Prepare the first operating cycle

Pilot one warehouse and its top products for one month. Run planning, ordering, receiving, counting and shipping through the app and reconcile stock and orders with your current system before adding sites.

  • Products, item master attributes, categories and units of measure.
  • Suppliers and customers with tiers, terms and contracts.
  • Warehouses, bins and opening stock by lot.
  • Open purchase orders, transfers and shipments, and the current forecast.

Review before release

An order above the buyer’s limit must wait for approval. Goods must not be put away before inspection. A large count variance must wait for review. An invoice for rejected goods must stay at Variance. Reconcile stock and open orders with their source. Invite the pilot team using the agreed roles, confirm the approvers and release the reviewed configuration. Expand only after the first month closes cleanly.
