Prepare the first operating cycle

Pilot one studio for one month. Run every appointment through hold, clearance, deposit and session, and compare appointments and deposits with your calendar and provider statement before going further.

  • Studios, stations and chairs with their eligibility.
  • Artists, coordinators and supervisors with their user emails.
  • The studio’s age and consent policy, deposit amounts and cancellation windows.
  • Upcoming appointments and deposits already taken.

Review before release

A double-booked station must be refused. A coordinator must not clear their own packet. An appointment must not be confirmed without verified payment. A no-show must not be recorded before the threshold. Reconcile appointments and deposits with their source. Invite the pilot team using the agreed roles, confirm the supervisors and release the reviewed configuration. Expand only after the first month runs cleanly.
