Prepare the first operating cycle

Pilot one specialty or provider group for one month. Run every request through verification, authorization, scheduling, close and attestation, and compare attested services with your providers’ encounter lists before extending.

  • Organizations, coordinators and clinical reviewers with their user emails.
  • Provider organizations with codes, contacts and eligibility notes.
  • Patient, consent and encounter reference formats from the clinical systems.
  • Open care requests and scheduled sessions.

Review before release

A coordinator must not authorize care. A reviewer must not approve their own request. A request must not be attested without verified evidence. Delivered care must be corrected only through an approved compensating action. Reconcile requests and sessions with their source. Invite the pilot team using the agreed roles, confirm the clinical reviewers and release the reviewed configuration. Expand only after the first month closes cleanly.
