How a Telemedicine Platform rollout works

Agree the operating boundary

Map the source data
Gather organizations, team members and reviewers, provider organizations with eligibility, and the reference formats for patients, consent and encounters.
Configure a bounded pilot
Pilot one specialty or provider group for one month. Run every request through verification, authorization, scheduling, close and attestation.
Rehearse the exceptions
A coordinator must not authorize care. A reviewer must not approve their own request. A request must not be attested without verified evidence. Delivered care must be corrected only through an approved compensating action.
Reconcile and release
Compare attested services with the providers' encounter lists. Obtain sign-off from the clinical lead and operations lead, keep an export of the source and agree the rollback window before cutover.
