Integrations and source ownership
Connect ticketing, payments, gates, ride systems and identity with clear ownership.

Systems to connect
-
Ticketing channels. Bring sold tickets in as admission lines with their attendee reference so they can be scanned once.
-
Payment provider. Import authorizations, captures, refunds and voids with the provider’s event identifier and verify them.
-
Gate scanners. Send scans so each ticket admits once.
-
Ride control and maintenance systems. Ride control stays in those systems; inspection results come in as evidence for release.
How connections are governed
Each connection needs an agreed source of truth, a field mapping, an event identifier and a retry policy. Keep credentials in the approved secret store with the smallest scope that works. A repeated delivery must not create a second ticket, scan or payment. Rejected records wait with their identifier and a visible reason.
Reconcile tickets and payments with their sources daily during the pilot. Test a duplicate scan, a failed capture and a revoked credential before turning on schedules. Availability depends on each provider’s interface, commercial access and configuration.
Use the implementation plan to agree integration acceptance criteria.
