Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to describe the freight you move, the carrier agreement you use and the people who plan, dispatch and audit it. Include the warehouse and payable handoffs that need configuration.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a lane, carrier service and source rate sheet, with a representative shipment and delivery documents. Bring its freight weight, class, accessorial requirements and carrier invoice lines. Compare the imported freight weight, dates and contract terms with the original documents before starting the pilot.
- Transportation Planner prepares the freight and checks the rate-shop result.
- Dispatcher/Ops follows the tender, tracking, waiting-time and proof evidence.
- Freight Audit Clerk reviews expected charges and records carrier disputes.
- Logistics Manager coordinates verified contract, invoice-entry and waiver authority.
Include a rejected tender, an older tracking event and an unsupported detention charge in the pilot. Prepare a read-only customer account and verify external carrier access separately.
Review before release
Reconcile the shipment’s applied agreement and dates with its source documents. Replay delivery and inspect the proof identity and unchanged milestone. Enter invoice lines before Auditing, then check matching, disputed and zero-amount outcomes against the automatic eligibility conditions.
Open document links and verify actual carrier transport and payable acknowledgment. Confirm that Receiving / Customer cannot edit proof records and the clerk cannot edit invoice headers or lines. Release the reviewed configuration only after the team can explain each incomplete or blocked case. Follow the implementation plan and review pricing.
