Click Get started and use Proto to configure Travel & Expense Management for your organization. Identify who will prepare expenses, who will decide on them and who will manage reimbursement release. Set access before inviting the wider team.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one organization and accounting period. Load a small, checked supplier list and the ledger accounts needed for the first expense lines. Enter a representative report with its supplier reference, date, due date and coded amounts. Have Expense Reviewer make the decision through the approval action, then have Treasury Analyst schedule and release the linked reimbursement.
Review before release
Check the report amount against its lines, confirm the named reviewer and decision, and inspect the operation receipt. Confirm the reimbursement amount and method with Controller before the release action. Once the bank result arrives, record the reference and reconcile the reimbursement. Rehearse a returned report and a failed operation so each exception has an owner. See implementation for the full sequence.
