Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a set of loads whose physical position the team can confirm. Bring their original numbers, promised delivery times and stop appointments. Include the active partner contacts, eligible drivers and vehicle readiness evidence that Dispatcher will use for assignment.
- Agree the organization time zone and the meaning of pickup, handover and final delivery.
- Identify Dispatcher, Transport Supervisor, Fleet Coordinator and Warehouse Coordinator responsibilities before inviting the pilot team.
- Prepare current assignments, supporting proof and an unresolved action the team can investigate together.
- Define which attachments may be shared and which remain Internal.
Review before release
Rehearse an overlapping assignment, expired driver eligibility and a driver substitution after review. Reject an inaccurate handoff, then confirm custody only when the physical transfer occurs. Complete a delivery after its original promise and explain the result using the retained stop and proof evidence.
Have Operations Analyst inspect a repeated action and an uncertain external outcome without re-executing external work. Confirm ordinary staff access and independent approval boundaries, then reconcile the pilot’s loads with actual movement before expanding.
Read the implementation plan, roles and pricing before the first cycle.
