Get Warehouse + Fleet + Delivery running in four steps.

Click Get started to open Warehouse + Fleet + Delivery, then use Proto to configure the operating scope with your team. Name the Dispatcher, Warehouse Lead, Fleet Coordinator, Independent Reviewer and Operations Manager for the pilot. Give each person access to the records they need for their part of the movement.

Choose one organization, a transport partner, an eligible driver and a ready vehicle. Enter a load with a promised delivery time and ordered pickup and delivery stops. Commit an assignment interval, submit the custody handoff and have a different person review it. Record the transfer, pickup and recipient delivery with their times and operation receipts.

Compare actual delivery with the original promise. Check that a changed custody revision needs a new decision, a conflicting assignment cannot pass unnoticed and a failed receipt stays visible for read-first reconciliation. Confirm who owns any carrier, fleet or finance connection. Continue with the implementation plan.
