How a Waste Management / Scrap rollout works

Rehearse a real site collection from work authorization through disposal evidence and charge reconciliation.

  1. Agree the pilot work

Choose an active site, a representative material stream and the collection case to rehearse. Name Operations Manager, Operations Officer and Operations Reviewer for the operating cycle.

  2. Set up identities and records

Admin links people to their platform accounts. Operations Manager prepares sites and partners, then creates the requested work order with its assigned operator and due date.

  3. Rehearse authorized activity

Approve the work and record the actual field quantity and unit. Test the closed-site and invalid-identity cases, then repeat a command to check that the same activity is not recorded again.

  4. Review stream evidence

Capture the material definition under the selected order. Operations Reviewer assesses the submitted evidence. Rehearse a correction and confirm that the original submission remains traceable.

  5. Follow disposal and exceptions

Move the manifest through collection and transfer, then inspect genuine certificate evidence before certification. Resolve a related exception through its reasoned review and verified corrective work log.

  6. Reconcile the charge and release

Finance Officer prepares a partner charge for the pilot order and checks it against the operating context and confirmed financial information. Release the agreed scope after the participants can explain the result and the rejected paths.

What the customer provides

Bring the site and partner details, named operators and the approved material-classification source. Supply a representative collection case with its quantity unit, movement details and genuine certificate example. Identify the person responsible for following up when evidence is late.

Agree the financial amount basis and the source of confirmed approval and payment information before preparing service charges. Use the data model to map existing records and preserve their parent relationships.

Changing it afterwards

Rehearse changes to site setup, unit conventions, classification sources and connection mappings before applying them to live work. Keep original evidence available when submitting a correction. Test permission changes with the actual field, review and finance accounts; a job-title change must not silently widen authority.
