How a Wealth Advisory CRM rollout works

Pilot a household conversation, independent assessment and customer outcome before expanding the book.

  1. Agree the operating scope

App Administrator and Sales Manager choose the pilot organization, household accounts and responsible advisors. Define the meaning of expected USD value and the source of assets under review.

  2. Establish identities

Match platform users to team members and organizations. Import household accounts using stable codes, then opportunities with their actual owner and counterparty. Review access through ordinary role accounts.

  3. Prepare the review cycle

Relationship Owner records a conversation and prepares a household assessment with supporting evidence. Sales Manager rehearses independent approval, rejection and return handling. Resolve the correction path before release.

  4. Rehearse customer outcomes

Close an accepted pilot opportunity with acceptance evidence and a win date. Close a declined case with a loss reason. Confirm the original expected value and activity evidence remain available and the open forecast excludes both outcomes.

  5. Resolve exceptions and release

Rehearse a repeated action, stale revision and unavailable external source. Review the operation receipts and resulting effects with Sales Manager. Invite the operating team after the pilot's records and access rules agree with the business decisions.

What the customer provides

Bring the household account list, advisor membership mapping and current open opportunities. Supply the review policy, a representative assets snapshot and examples of the documents used for customer acceptance. Name an independent reviewer and the person responsible for connection failures. Agree the visibility policy for household documents before sharing them.

Changing it afterwards

Rehearse a changed rule against an ordinary case and an exception before using it across the advisory book. Preserve prior decisions and completed operation evidence. Review the impact on organization access when membership changes. Use the data model to plan imports and operation reconciliation for uncertain results.
