Crop advisory services
Advisory firms serve many client farms at once, often across several regions or business units. Each region has its own advisers, its own stations and its own time zone. The firm needs to know which farms are in the program and what each has signed up for, and every recommendation must carry the name of the adviser who approved it.
How Weather Station / Advisory is set up for you
Many clients, one register
Keep each client farm with a code, contact and eligibility note under the right organization.
Independent sign-off
The adviser who approves a plan is never the one who drafted it, and decisions stay within the adviser's own organization.
Grower-facing evidence
Mark scouting photos and spray logs Shared for the grower, and keep reviewer notes Internal.

Pilot one region and its active client farms for one season month. Load the organization, the farms, the advisers and coordinators, and the stations they rely on. Run every plan, observation and decision through the app and reconcile the receipts weekly. Check review turnaround and returned plans with the lead adviser before adding a second region.
