Integrations and source ownership

Connect intake, identity and document delivery with clear authority and receipts.

  • Whistleblower / Ethics Hotline
  • Reporting channel
  • Identity provider
  • Document delivery
  • Calendar or notification service

Systems to connect

  • Reporting channel. Map its report identifier, received time and confidentiality scope to the protected report, then reconcile each accepted intake with the source.
  • Identity provider. Map signed-in staff to Users and team members so organization scope and access-grant expiry follow the right person.
  • Document delivery. Retain the delivery reference for an authorized production and compare it with the document revision, recipient and production hash.
  • Calendar or notification service. Send due-work reminders from matter deadlines while the matter record remains the source for owner, due date and actual completion.

How connections are governed

Agree which system owns each identifier, who can retry an event and how uncertain results are reconciled. Keep provider credentials in the approved secret store. A second delivery of the same event should be checked against the original operation key and receipt before creating another effect. Test revoked access, an expired grant, a changed document revision and a provider timeout during implementation.
