Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Download Proto and describe the organization, source request, outside service and people responsible for definition preparation, review and operations.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one automation with a stable source identifier and a provider result the team can verify. Set up its connector and field mapping, then prepare one definition revision. Have a separate Reviewer inspect the validation trace before an Operations Operator starts the run.

  • Bring the source request, expected input and output, and a safe provider test account.
  • Agree the reviewer, retry policy and the person who resolves an uncertain outcome.
  • Keep an outside receipt or result reference for reconciliation.

Review before release

Check the execution, durable run, attempt and step against the provider result. Rehearse a repeated request, a failed attempt and a correction with an assigned verification follow-up. Preserve the original revision and run while checking the successor. Expand after the pilot team can explain each decision and outside result from the linked records.
