Weather cancellations
Cancel a booking that cannot sail and open a new request for the new date. Both stay on the customer's history.

Name the skipper as crew lead on each booking and check their other bookings for the same date before confirming.

Pilot one marina base and two weeks of the high season. Load the boats with passenger capacity and crew required, the skippers and the customers already booked. Run every booking through the pipeline, including at least one weather cancellation and rebooking. Add hotel pickups as trips if you offer them, with proof of delivery at the dock. Review crew lead workload and cancellations with the base manager before adding further bases.
