Review before release
Try to confirm a booking for a member on a Paused plan and one for a Full session. Check a member in twice and confirm the plan allowance moves once. Cancel a paid booking and have the Studio Manager approve the refund. Invite the pilot team with the agreed roles, confirm who approves refunds and credentials, and release the reviewed configuration. Expand once the first week closes cleanly.
