Integrations and source ownership

• Institutional evidence sources. Connect the departmental systems that own observation records. Agree stable source identifiers, observation dates and the meaning of each quantity and unit before mapping incoming values.
• Document repositories. Connect the institution’s document source where needed. Retain the external reference and supporting attachment with the cycle, and agree how a replacement document preserves the material used in an earlier review.
• Accreditation submission destinations. Configure the portal or receiving service chosen by the institution. Agree how a delivered outcome is identified and which acknowledgment can be retained as receipt evidence against its operation step.

Each connection is a setup choice with an accountable source owner. Review source and target fields, types and transformation rules under a recorded mapping version. Keep connection credentials in the approved secret store. Give the connection only the access needed for the agreed handoff.

Rehearse a repeated source observation and a changed source meaning. Resolve ambiguous references before they reach the cycle. For delivery, test an interrupted response and compare the original operation and provider references with the destination’s receipt before allowing another attempt. Preserve uncertainty while the result is investigated.

The receiving organization determines its submission rules and external assessment process. Agree the treatment of corrected or superseded submissions with that owner, then record the compensating follow-up work alongside the cycle.
