How a Agri Supply Chain rollout works
Use a familiar field and crop cycle to rehearse approval, input consumption and harvest acceptance with the team.
Choose the pilot field
Farm Manager selects a plot and current crop cycle with work the team understands. Review field code, area and availability before importing related activity.
Resolve the people
Admin links operators and reviewers to their actual user accounts. Agree who plans, approves, executes and accepts the work.
Prepare the input lots
Stock Controller checks opening quantity, unit and expiry for the lot used in the pilot. Define how the work request selects that lot and quantity.
Rehearse approved work
Follow a Planned task through Farm Manager's approval and Field Operator's execution. Inspect the resulting usage and remaining stock together, including a repeated request.
Review field evidence
Record an application and a scouting observation with clear units. Check that their field and dates support the intended operating discussion.
Accept harvest and close
Harvest Reviewer checks a delivery's cycle, date, quantity and grade. Farm Manager reviews the accepted evidence and outstanding work before closing the cycle.
What the customer provides
Bring the field register, relevant survey material and current crop plan. Provide the people who will participate, the input lot details and a checked opening stock quantity. Agree unit wording, grade terms and the field/cycle states that permit each type of work. Identify any external collection or receiving system involved in the pilot.
Changing it afterwards
Rehearse a new task type or input unit before using it in live execution. Review changes to field identity with the people maintaining crop and survey records. When access changes, test the affected action under the person’s own account. Use the data model to plan imports and roles to review responsibilities.
