Field Crop Farms
A field crop farm needs a clear connection between the plot being worked, the crop being grown and the agricultural inputs consumed. Farm Manager plans the cycle and assigns work. Stock Controller checks lot readiness before execution, while Harvest Reviewer accepts the quantity the crew actually harvested.
How Agri Supply Chain is set up for you
Field identity
Codes and locations help the crew distinguish plots with familiar or similar names. Keep surveyed boundary evidence attached to the correct field before using its area in the plan.
Seasonal progress
A crop cycle carries the crop and variety through planting, growing and harvest. Expected harvest dates support the upcoming work discussion, while actual dates support the later review.
Input accountability
Task-linked usage connects a consumed quantity to its lot and the field work. Keep units and expiry visible when deciding which stock can be used.
Harvest review
Accepted delivery records retain the cycle, quantity and grade. Group the result by unit before reviewing the cycle for close.

Stock Controller checks lot readiness before execution, while Harvest Reviewer accepts the quantity the crew actually harvested.
Choose a familiar field and its current crop cycle. Prepare the field register and operator identities, then load a known input lot with a checked opening quantity. Plan an input-consuming task and follow it through Farm Manager's approval to the usage record and remaining stock.
Include an expired lot in rehearsal so Stock Controller and the operator agree how to resolve the rejection. At harvest, use an actual quantity with its unit and grade and have Harvest Reviewer check the cycle reference. Expand after the team can explain the task's stock effect and the accepted delivery evidence without relying on a separate list of plot names.
