Who it's for

Horticultural Growers

A horticultural team may revisit the same field for feeding, inspection and harvest work. The crop cycle identifies the variety being grown, while assigned tasks show the next activity. Agronomist keeps dated observations with their units, and Harvest Reviewer checks actual deliveries before Farm Manager considers closing the cycle.

How Agri Supply Chain is set up for you

Variety context

Keep crop and variety on the cycle so field activity and deliveries reach the correct growing period. Similar crop names should not obscure a different cycle on the same field.

Repeated activity

Assign each task to a named operator and review its due date. Field applications retain the input, quantity and applicator for the work that took place.

Scouting evidence

Use consistent evidence types and units when recording observations. Notes explain the conditions surrounding a measurement without turning it into an accepted harvest quantity.

Harvest grades

Record a grade with the harvested quantity and unit. Keep unlike units and different grade descriptions visible during review instead of collapsing them into an unexplained total.

Start with a crop cycle the team is already monitoring. Bring its field record, planned work and expected harvest date into the first review. Agree the terms used for scouting evidence and the grade wording used for delivery acceptance.

Rehearse an input application and a later observation, then ask the team to explain which record answers the stock-consumption question. At harvest, review deliveries from the same cycle and confirm the date convention for successive harvest visits. Keep the cycle open while work remains to be discussed, and let Farm Manager make the closing decision after reviewing the evidence.
