Multi-Plot Operations
When a crew works across several plots, a mistaken field or crop-cycle reference can confuse both the input record and the harvest review. Farm Manager uses the field register to organize work, while each task identifies its assigned operator. Survey evidence and cycle records stay attached to the plot they describe.
How Agri Supply Chain is set up for you
Plot selection
Field code and location help operators distinguish neighboring or similarly named plots. Availability shows where the manager needs a separate decision before proceeding with work.
Assigned responsibility
A task points to a team member whose account identifies the operator. The person carrying out work can find their assignment without depending on a typed name in a note.
Shared input lots
A stock lot may supply work on different fields. Follow each usage record through its task to the intended cycle when reviewing where the quantity was consumed.
Field-specific evidence
Application and scouting records retain the field and date. Review the relevant period when the same plot has successive crop cycles.

Select adjacent plots with active crop plans and assign work to the people who normally cover them. Load the field codes and account links before entering task records. Use a shared input lot in rehearsal, then follow each usage entry back to its own field and cycle.
Deliberately select the wrong plot in a test record and have the responsible person identify the error before execution or harvest acceptance. Agree who corrects field references and how the crew reports a discrepancy. Expand the operating scope after Farm Manager can review each plot's work and harvest evidence without mixing the quantities or losing the assigned person.
