Get Airport Operations running in four steps.

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Airport Operations for your business. Describe the ground movements your team performs and name the people who plan trips, capture evidence, review outcomes and close the financial position.

Choose a defined fleet and a customer account whose movements the team can check together. Bring the planned windows, passenger counts and flight arrival details for that operating period. Admin checks the staff identities before work is assigned.

• Property Manager confirms vehicle capacity and the dispatch decision maker.
• Front Desk Agent prepares the flight turn and service evidence for the pilot trip.
• Finance Officer brings charge descriptions, document references and opening amounts.
• Operations Reviewer agrees the specialty evidence route and correction handoff.

Rehearse an overlapping vehicle request and a passenger count that exceeds capacity. Check that a repeated dispatch action returns the accepted result. Follow flight and gate evidence to the intended trip and complete an assigned service task with an ordinary staff account.

Finance Officer then compares posted charges and confirmed documents. Resolve or explicitly acknowledge any outstanding account before Property Manager completes the trip and releases the vehicle according to readiness. Expand the scope when the next shift can explain the saved outcomes without relying on the preparing team’s private messages.
