Choose a representative request with an amount and supporting document that the team can explain. Bring the approval policy and eligible approver order, plus the business unit’s currency and staff identities. Agree the meaning of delegation expiry and the SLA due date before using them to organize daily follow-up.

Include an approved case that later required correction and an execution result that needed investigation. Name Evidence Reviewer for the source material and Execution Operator for any destination connection. Keep the pilot small enough that the team can inspect each decision and operation history together.

Submit the request and resolve its route. Verify evidence, record the applicable revision review and have the eligible Approver decide. Check the decision entry, completed request state and operation trace. Repeat with an ineligible person and a changed revision, and confirm the agreed access using ordinary accounts.

Correct an executed request and inspect the preserved earlier history and successor revision. Review any uncertain destination result before another action. Release the reviewed configuration when the named owners can explain the normal path and the outstanding exceptions.
