Get Assembly Line Tracking running in four steps.

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Assembly Line Tracking for your business. Choose the people who will plan the pilot, capture floor activity and review accepted output. Admin should confirm access and the people-to-user links before operators begin recording intervals.

Bring a familiar product, its station sequence and target takt convention. Prepare a customer order with the intended item lines, a dated work order and available resources. Reconcile the component stock by item, lot and location, including reserved quantities. Agree how the operator identifies a physical serial and how the reviewer identifies the finished lot.

Run the pilot through production release, material posting and station capture. End the operator interval with good and scrap quantities, then hand the Pending batch to Quality Reviewer.

Check refused work-order releases and invalid or duplicate station passes. Post and reverse a component issue and reconcile its stock effect. Rehearse accepted batch release alongside Held, Rejected and zero-output refusals. Confirm the finished inventory and Completed work order after the successful case. Use Implementation to agree the next products and any external connections.
