Ask Proto to prepare the next check

Ask Proto to help prepare event records and check operating exceptions.

It can

  • Event Owner: Prepare an event draft from the approved date, venue and capacity information for the owner to check.
  • Registration Coordinator: List submitted requests for a selected event with their quantities and current status.
  • Admission Lead: Compare reserved and admitted quantities with the event limit before the door opens.
  • Finance Reviewer: List unverified provider evidence and receipts needing review with their source references.

Stays with a person

  • Proto can organize and explain records, but the Event Reviewer decides submitted scope and Finance Reviewer confirms provider evidence.
  • A prepared change to capacity, event status or payment outcome needs the responsible person's review and the source record to support it.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Scope, rollout and pricing for Award / Competition Mgmt.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Award / Competition Mgmt for your business. Pilot one organization, one event and a small set of registrations through review, admission and closeout.

Can I run more than one session?

Yes. Give each session its own event record when it needs a separate schedule, venue, capacity or admission history.

Who decides whether an event can open?

The Event Reviewer records an independent decision against the event revision. The Event Owner opens the approved event for registration.

How are group registrations counted?

Registrations and admission lines each carry a quantity. Compare those quantities with event capacity rather than counting rows alone.

Is an approved registration the same as an arrival?

No. Approval records the decision. Admission time and check-in time record actual entry.

Where can staff see the event schedule?

The Events page shows a calendar and capacity information. The upcoming event schedule lists approved and open events with their venue and time window.

How do we check a paid reservation?

Compare its admission record with payment evidence for the same event. Use a verified Capture and its provider reference for confirmation.

What happens when an event is cancelled?

Keep earlier admissions and payment evidence available. Review any refund or void against the payment provider's own event before reporting it as complete.

Who can see attached event evidence?

Record attachments carry Internal or Shared visibility. Set access for the team before adding sensitive files and check direct record access during setup.

How do we investigate an uncertain operation?

Open receipts needing review, compare the original operation key and external reference with linked effects, and assign the discrepancy to Finance Reviewer.
