Catering and delivery service
An operator serving a destination away from the preparation area can use service locations for named destinations and fulfillment events for the handling steps. The parent order still carries the requested time, owner, lines and actual service history. This keeps a delivered product event distinct from the kitchen's prepared time and the served portions on the meal lines.
How Bar & Beverage Management is set up for you
Destination
Record the service location and contact on the order so staff can confirm where the accepted request is meant to go.
Release
Use the ticket's delivery reference and sent time when a supervisor reviews the proposed handoff.
Handling events
Fulfillment events can record allocated, picked, shipped, delivered and returned product quantities with their external identifiers.
Evidence
Compare payment and fulfillment source events with the parent order before closing an operation exception.

The parent order still carries the requested time, owner, lines and actual service history. This keeps a delivered product event distinct from the kitchen's prepared time and the served portions on the meal lines.
Pick one active destination and a small menu. Run an accepted order with a reviewed ticket, a prepared line and a delivered fulfillment event. Check that the product and quantity in the event match the order's served scope. Then test a late return and a provider refund, keeping each event's original identifier and occurrence time.
Agree whether the outside carrier or the service team supplies fulfillment events. Set the source identifier, retry rules and person responsible for resolving a mismatch. A delivery event can show where the product went; it does not by itself replace the service team's record of served portions. Keep the supervisor's decision and the operation receipt with the order when a ticket is revised after a dispatch plan changes.
