Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a representative donor collection session. Gather donor identities, applicable consent documents and professional credential evidence. Agree the donation types, component wording and the way accession numbers are matched during collection and receipt.
Prepare a returning donor, a cancelled appointment and a donation awaiting review. Add a donor follow-up that needs reassignment and a processing charge that needs correction. Use the data model to prepare imports and the role guide to rehearse account access.
Review before release
Ask the clinician to trace a unit back to its donation and the reviewer to locate its screening evidence. Confirm who records completion after the review decision. Rehearse a consent withdrawal and an expired credential under the team’s procedure before widening access.
Check financial handoffs with the Admin and Clinical Coordinator. A payment confirmation should be traceable to its external reference, and a charge should have an understandable service description. Agree who resolves each outstanding pilot question before opening the next operating cycle.
