Multi-site operations
Coordinate related controlled procedures across operating organizations. One organization owns each definition. A named person owns each execution. Checklist & SOP Management links the controlled definition to its execution, evidence and later decisions. The team can trace a result to the version that was published when the work started. This is useful when the same procedure is repeated at different times or by different people.
How Checklist & SOP Management is set up for you
Local ownership
Give each organization its own controlled step and definition, with a named owner and planned execution date.
Revision decision
Let an Independent Reviewer decide the exact revision for that organization before publication.
Site comparison
Read each definition's status and checklist outcomes with its organization and published version.
Exceptions
Assign findings to a person at the relevant site and keep the original result available.
Begin with a procedure the team already performs and can explain from start to finish. Choose its controlled step and current revision, then identify the person who prepares it and the separate person who reviews it. Prepare one expected result and one rejected result. The rejected result should lead to a follow-up action with an owner and due date. Compare the definition's step counts with the individual checklist outcomes when the rehearsal ends.
For a later execution, retain the first result. If the procedure needs a correction, inspect the prior revision, its evidence and the operation history before returning the definition for another decision. Agree who verifies evidence and who can resolve the follow-up. This gives the operating team a clear record of what was performed, what was reviewed and what still needs attention.
