Get help preparing the next decision

Ask Proto to prepare event work and inspect decision evidence.

It can

  • Event Owner: List events awaiting review with date, capacity and owner.
  • Registration Coordinator: Find submitted registrations for a selected event.
  • Reconciliation Lead: Explain operation discrepancies alongside verified payment evidence.

Stays with a person

  • A person with the appropriate role decides event and registration approval.
  • Provider capture verification depends on the authoritative payment source.
  • Proto can prepare a comparison and show the linked evidence, but the configured actor must make the decision under the organization's access rules.

Implementation

Roll out one team at a time

  1. Organization and access

Set up Organizations, Users and People, then rehearse active membership and cross-organization denial.

  2. Event preparation

Enter CommunityGroups and one upcoming CommunityEvents record with its owner, date and capacity.

  3. Review

Agree who decides event and registration scope independently and what EvidenceDocuments they need.

  4. Admission

Rehearse reservation, verified capture and one-time admission under the event revision guard.

  5. Closeout

Compare admitted quantity and provider evidence; investigate an operation needing review before completion.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Community Event Platform for your business. Start with one organization, one upcoming event and its admission rules.

Who prepares an event?

The Event Owner enters the event, community group, date and capacity, then sends the current revision for independent review.

Who approves an event?

An Independent Reviewer records the decision against the event revision. The preparer cannot approve their own work.

How are registrations reviewed?

The Registration Coordinator submits a registration after capacity and evidence checks. An Independent Reviewer decides the submitted revision.

Does approval reserve a place?

Reservation is a separate guarded step. The Admission Steward checks the open event and current revision, and a completed reservation depends on a verified provider capture.

How is admission recorded?

The admission scan records the time on the event's admission line once. A repeated request returns the earlier result.

What happens if a payment outcome is uncertain?

The Reconciliation Lead checks the local evidence and authoritative provider reference. The operation remains visible for review until its effects agree.

Can an event be cancelled?

An eligible event can be cancelled. Unused admission scope is released, while admitted history and any executed effects remain available for review.

What is needed for closeout?

Compare admitted quantity with verified provider captures and resolve operation discrepancies before recording completion.
