Prepare the next review

Ask Proto to prepare case views and check evidence for human review.

It can

  • Operations Manager: Find assigned applications in review and list the attachments and provider events linked to each case.
  • Credit Reviewer: Prepare the submitted revision, requested amount and decision history for independent assessment.
  • Auditor: Trace a confirmed case from applicant and decision to provider evidence and repayment receipt.
  • App Administrator: Check which applicants and people belong to the selected organization.

Stays with a person

  • Proto can prepare a comparison, but the Credit Reviewer makes the decision and Operations Manager verifies provider effects.
  • A summary cannot replace the decision record, provider event reference or access check.
  • Ask for linked records and have the named person confirm the result.

  4. Rehearse decisions

Run an approval, referral and decline against submitted revisions and inspect the decision history.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Credit Scoring Engine for your business. Pilot one organization, a few applicant cases and an independent reviewer before adding provider follow-up.

Who prepares an application?

Operations Manager records the applicant, purpose, requested amount, assigned person and supporting material.

Who makes the credit decision?

Credit Reviewer records approve, decline or refer with reasons against the submitted application revision.

How are corrections handled?

Keep the application revision and earlier decision visible. Submit the corrected case for review against its current revision.

Where do supporting files go?

Record attachments keep files with the application, including their uploader, upload time and visibility.

How is provider confirmation recorded?

The team compares the provider instruction and confirmation or settlement evidence with the application before recording a confirmed state.

Can we track repayment follow-up?

Repayments record the receipt, operation key, provider reference and verification state. Principal allocation records hold direction and amount against an application and provider account. Compare them with the receipt and obligation through the case.

How do we investigate a mismatched provider movement?

Use the reconciliation exception queue to compare event reference, account, amount and matched application. Keep the exception visible until the discrepancy is resolved.

Can an auditor change a decision?

Auditor has read-only access to the scoped case and evidence trail. The reviewer owns the decision.
