ERP.AI
Change the app with a clear review and recovery path.
Choose the mechanism that matches the change, then verify the process that depends on it.
Identify the affected resources.
Command Centre brings app schema branches, releases, environments, snapshots, usage, data health, API documentation, and external-app information into a per-app control room. Begin by identifying whether the change affects schema, records, workflows, pages, or deployment configuration.
Review dependent forms, views, reports, roles, and integrations. A column or status change can affect more than the screen where it was introduced. Record the intended behavior and the examples that will demonstrate it.
Use the schema branch workflow for schema changes.
Select the branch
Create or select an app branch and inspect the schema in that context.
Apply the scoped changes
Change the required tables, columns, views, workflows, roles, or pages using the supported procedures.
Validate and compare
Inspect the branch state and conflicts. Test the normal, exception, and access cases affected by the change.
Merge when ready
Use the branch service and the review process agreed by the app owner. Retain the accepted scope and test result.
Confirm recovery for the actual resource.
| Resource or event | Relevant mechanism |
|---|---|
| Supported app state | Snapshots and the applicable restore workflow. |
| Deleted records | Trash and restore where supported. |
| Workflow execution | Run state, node output, errors, and supported stop or retry controls. |
| Custom pages | Saved page versions. |
| Deployment | History and rollback paths in the owning operations service. |
| Audit event | Evidence of an action; not an automatic undo operation. |
Verify after the release.
Check that the intended environment has the change, then repeat the representative process and access tests. Confirm dependent reports and integrations. Record the observed result and the person responsible for follow-up.
External actions such as sending a message or updating another service use that system’s recovery model. An internal restore does not automatically reverse them. Include these effects in the release and recovery plan.
