Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account, then use Proto to configure Document Automation for the organization. Name the staff who will coordinate matters, make legal decisions and audit evidence.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Select one contract or legal matter. Add its client counterparty and owner, record the conflict decision, then register a document revision and an upcoming deadline. Submit a template version for review if the matter uses one. Use real decision makers to rehearse an approval, a return for correction and a guarded result that needs inspection.

Review before release

Check that the attorney’s decisions refer to the exact revisions reviewed, that the deadline has the right owner and receipt path, and that any production names its recipient and authorization reference. Test access with coordinator, attorney and auditor accounts. Plan the setup and review permissions.

Set up Document Automation your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
