Who it's for

Corporate learning teams

An internal learning team can prepare training content while subject matter reviewers decide whether a revision is ready for distribution. The platform keeps the course definition, content item, interaction detail and review decision linked. When a reviewer returns material, an assigned follow-up makes the correction visible to the operator and the team lead.

How EdTech Content Platform is set up for you

Program context

Maintain course codes and effective dates for recurring internal programs.

Clear preparation owner

Assign a person to each content item so returned work reaches the right operator.

Review evidence

Keep documents and interaction outcomes beside the revision considered by the reviewer.

Release trace

Use delivery and attempt references to investigate a distribution exception.

An internal learning team can prepare training content while subject matter reviewers decide whether a revision is ready for distribution. The platform keeps the course definition, content item, interaction detail and review decision linked. When a reviewer returns material, an assigned follow-up makes the correction visible to the operator and the team lead.

Begin with one internal program and a lesson that already has a named owner. Enter the course definition under the responsible organization. Add the lesson and a small set of interaction observations. Attach the review document, then have a separate reviewer record an approved or returned decision with a reason. If it is returned, create a follow-up action and test whether the assignee can find it in their queue.

Next, send one approved revision to the chosen delivery system and record its returned reference. If the external result is uncertain, have the operator locate the attempt, operation run and step receipt before deciding what to do. This rehearsal clarifies who owns content correction and who owns external delivery investigation.
