Vegetable growers
Vegetable growers may plant similar varieties in different fields or on different dates. ERP for Agriculture keeps the planting intention and crop cycle identifiable so assigned work and harvested quantities reach the correct source. Agree the farm's grade vocabulary and measurement conventions before using the records in a season discussion.
How Agriculture ERP is set up for you
Identify the planting
Use the field, variety and planting date together when submitting a crop plan. A repeated planning identity returns the original plan. Follow the returned cycle before attaching work to a similarly named crop, and check that the planned area describes the intended planting.
Keep observations useful
Field Operator records the date, measurement type, value and unit against the selected field. Notes explain where a reading came from and any conditions relevant to its interpretation. Use consistent labels when comparing measurements over time.
Review harvested and graded quantities
The harvest holds its actual date and measured quantity. Grading keeps accepted and rejected weights linked to that harvest. Agronomy Reviewer compares compatible units and investigates differences against the original measurement before drawing an output conclusion.
Recover a saved submission
The grading command returns the original record for a repeated harvest and grade. Open that result after an uncertain response. When a weight needs correction, use the procedure agreed with Agronomy Reviewer and keep the earlier evidence understandable.

Choose a bean variety planted in East Plot and another recognizable planting with a similar name. Have the operator follow the correct crop cycle into harvest entry. For a rehearsal harvest of 300 kilograms, record 270 kilograms accepted and 30 kilograms rejected, then ask Agronomy Reviewer to compare the total with the source harvest. Repeat the submission and check the saved result. Try an unauthorized account and confirm unchanged evidence before inviting more operators.
