Choose one legal entity, a physical item, a warehouse location, a customer and a supplier. Agree the unit, price, title rule and approval limits. Bring opening stock and receivables with a reconciliation cutoff. Follow the implementation sequence.
Review before release
Run an accepted order through partial pick, dispatch, delivery, invoice and cash. Run a supplier receipt through independent acceptance, bill match and payment. Rehearse an exception, repeat event and denied approval, then reconcile the resulting balances. Map the records.
