Get Real Estate ERP running in four steps.

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure ERP for Real Estate for your business. Choose a representative property and name the Property Manager and Property Reviewer for lease decisions. Invite Finance Officer and Property Coordinator for collection and service work.

Bring the unit and party register, current lease dates, monthly rent and deposit terms. Include an overlapping agreement for the lease-check rehearsal, an evidenced partial tenant payment and a service issue assigned to a real staff member. Add a buyer reservation where it belongs in the pilot.

Check the reviewer’s account link and active staff identity. Configure the agreed Admin allocation access, then prepare the team’s screens and reporting date. For development work, select a project with a genuine operational lease link and rehearse the capture procedure and evidence review during setup.

Property Reviewer decides the eligible lease and tests the overlapping and disabled-identity cases. Inspect the unit and rent periods, then repeat the action to check that billing is not duplicated. Finance Officer reconciles the partial payment through the configured allocation path and reviews reversal handling.

Follow the assigned service issue to its actual outcome. Review a cancelled booking and its payment evidence with the responsible people. Reconcile the resulting records with the source register before broadening the scope.
