Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a representative style, yarn lot and dye job. Bring the current bill and route, product units, warehouse quantities and inspection evidence. Include size and color requirements, a bought material and an eligible customer shipment so the team can explain the complete handoff.
- Agree the yarn naming convention, accepted shade evidence and the person recording it.
- Identify the purchasing approver and Industry Reviewer’s release action.
- Map employees to accounts and confirm the working calendar with the floor.
- Reconcile opening quantities, current costs and outstanding invoice amounts.
Review before release
Rehearse an expired lot, a held dye result and unfinished garment sizes. Repeat completion and shipment requests and compare their retained effects with the original quantities. Have Accountant inspect draft journals and test a posting into a locked period. Release the configuration when the responsible people can explain accepted output, remaining work and the financial effects.
Follow implementation, review responsibilities and estimate usage with the pilot team.
