Fixture Coordinator sets the owner, host venue, start, end and capacity on a fixture. The fixture calendar shows approved and open events with their times.

Can several teams enter the same fixture?

Each participating team has its own team entry linked to the fixture. Review the entry and requested ticket quantity in the context of the event capacity.

Who decides a team entry?

Independent Reviewer records the decision against the submitted scope. Team Manager follows the entry through approval or rejection.

How is attendance recorded?

Admissions Operator records a reservation line against an open fixture and later records admission on that same line. The admission time distinguishes arrival from reservation.

How do we handle a changed fixture?

Check the current fixture revision, the earlier review and any linked entries or admissions. Ask the reviewer to decide changed scope before continuing.

What counts as a confirmed payment effect?

Use provider evidence with the relevant event type, provider reference and verified state. An authorization and a capture describe different effects.

Can a cancelled fixture keep attendance history?

Yes. The fixture owner initiates cancellation; an independent reviewer decides the compensating action for executed scope. Keep existing admission lines and confirm any refund with verified provider evidence.

What happens to an uncertain operation?

Keep the operation receipt and its original key. Finance Reviewer compares linked local effects and the provider reference, then records the discrepancy or confirmed result.

Who can see supporting files?

Attachments carry internal or shared visibility. Agree access by role during setup and check it with a real fixture case.
