Prepare the next review with Proto

Ask Proto to prepare form configuration and trace a review case.

It can

  • Form Owner: Compare a proposed field rule with the current definition and prepare a revision for review.
  • Independent Reviewer: Gather the source revision, pending decision and linked evidence for a named case.
  • Operator: Trace a failed operation run through its numbered steps and recorded reason.
  • Follow-up Assignee: Summarize due actions with their source forms and resolutions.

Stays with a person

  • A person decides whether a revision is approved, whether evidence is verified and whether a returned submission is ready.
  • Review the exact source revision before authorizing a publication or acceptance action.
  • The agent can prepare the case and explain the linked records; your team owns the decision.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Scope, rollout and pricing for Form Builder Platform.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Form Builder Platform for your business. Begin with one organization, one form owner and a form with a conditional required answer. Rehearse its review and publication before adding more forms.

Who owns a form?

A Form Definition belongs to an organization and has an owner from People. Choose a named Form Owner for each working revision.

How are conditional answers handled?

The form definition carries a required setting, condition expression and validation rule. Test both sides of the condition against the version being published.

Where do submitted answers go?

Form Submissions are linked to their parent Form Definition. Each line has an outcome such as Pending, Accepted or Rejected.

Who reviews a revision?

An Independent Reviewer records a decision against the exact source revision. The decision can be Pending, Approved, Returned or Rejected.

How do we handle evidence?

Evidence Documents hold an attachment, source form and verification value. The Evidence Verifier records the check, and the reviewer considers the result with the decision.

What happens after a rejection?

Keep the rejected line visible and assign a Follow Up Action with an assignee and due date. Record the resolution when the work is complete.

Can we inspect a failed action?

Operation Runs and their numbered Operation Steps retain the source revision and action trace. Execution Attempts can carry a failure reason and provider reference.

How do we change a published form?

Create a successor Draft revision and review it before publication. Keep the prior revision and its operation evidence for earlier submissions.
