Create your account
Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to configure GRC for Construction around your organization, site inspection practice and assessment owners. Identify the people who inspect sites, test controls, correct findings and independently retest the work.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one site and one assessment period. Bring a permit reference, a business unit, a risk and active control, a test sample, and an evidence location. Set the assessment scope and planned tests, then record a representative failed or inconclusive result. Assign a corrective action with a due date and keep the reviewer separate from its owner.
Review before release
Rehearse a site check decision, a control test that passes with evidence, a failed test that becomes a finding, and a passing independent retest that closes it. Also try invalid sample counts, a pass without evidence and a retest by the corrective action owner. Confirm that Operations Overview shows the exceptions your team needs to follow. Review roles, implementation and pricing with the people who will run the first cycle.
