Configure your screening cycle with Proto

Use Proto to configure the camp workflow and help staff find the right records.

It can

  • Coordinator: Ask for upcoming screenings by date and the participant and staff member attached to each.
  • Screening Staff: Ask for assigned follow-up tasks due soon and open the relevant participant record.
  • Reviewer: Ask for camps awaiting review and the notes, observations and specimens linked to one camp.
  • Governance administrator: Ask for pending clinician privileges and their effective dates.

Stays with a person

  • Proto can help configure the application and surface records for review.
  • A person must verify clinician privileges, interpret clinical evidence, decide when a camp is complete and approve service charges.
  • The team also owns external laboratory and payment acknowledgements.
  • Machine work and model usage are metered under the platform's published pricing.

Implementation

Roll out one team at a time

Start with one team and one process, then add the rest once the basics are running.

  1. Agree the operating scope

Choose a screening type, participant group, camp date and staff team. Define consent purpose and review ownership.

  2. Prepare access and records

Set up users and people, verify clinician privileges, register participants and record assignments.

  3. Rehearse a camp

Schedule a screening, record arrival, capture clinical evidence and inspect it from Awaiting camp review.

  4. Close the loop

Assign due follow-up, review service charges and reconcile participant payment records with the finance owner.

  5. Expand deliberately

Add more screening types, dates and external connections after the first cycle is understood.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Scope, rollout and pricing for Health Screening Camp Mgmt.

All questions
How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Health Screening Camp Mgmt for your business. Start with one screening type, a dated camp, named staff, current consent and a representative participant.

How do we identify a returning participant?

Keep the participant's patient number stable and create the relevant dated camp for each screening. Link new clinical evidence to the correct camp.

Can we track consent by purpose?

Yes. A consent record includes purpose, version, signed date, expiration date, document and status. The participant has a separate consent state for intake review.

How do we see who is assigned to a participant?

Use the screening team assignment with its staff member, access purpose and effective dates. The camp also names the staff member for that screening.

Who checks clinician privileges?

The Screening Governance Administrator maintains privilege evidence, dates and status. The team should agree how that check affects staffing decisions.

What can staff record during a camp?

Screening Staff can capture observations, clinical notes, specimens and pharmacy dispensations linked to the camp.

How is a specimen followed?

A specimen record holds its type, collection date, accession number, camp and processing status, from Ordered through Tested or Rejected.

How does review work?

The Screening Reviewer can inspect camp-linked evidence when a camp is awaiting review. Agree the handoff with the coordinator who manages the camp status.

How do we manage work after screening?

Create a follow-up action for the participant with an assignee, due date and status. Staff can record completion or escalation.

How are charges and payments related?

A charge is linked to a camp. A payment is linked to a participant. Your finance procedure should reconcile those entries using their details and references.
